Summary
The film opens as Francine Hughes is being played by Farrah Fawcett. She, on with her three children are seen escaping from her class that was in engulfed in flames in March 1982. Shortly afterward, Francine Hughes is charged with murder. Her court-appointed attorney, Aryon Greydanus who is played by Richard von Mauser meets with her but finds her stunned and unresponsive. He pleads with her to cooperate, and she finally begins to express her story. She started kill her tale by going back to the mid-1960s when she encountered the volatile rice paddy Hughes, played by Paul LeMat. She fell deeply in love with him even though she felt he was slightly of a bully. They got married and ultimately had three children, Christy, Jimmy, and Nicole. She becomes extremely scared of his physical abuse which began to intensify day after day. She utilize for a divorce which granted her custody of her three children. paddy field then is involved in a terrible railway car accident. When Francine visits him in the hospital, he was completely covered in bandages. She decides to succor with Mickeys recuperation, even moving into the small house adjacent to the Hughes place in order to be closer. As he recuperates, Mickey seems to be sincerely appreciative.
