Cour eon in my own definition means to have the ability to stand pat and oercome any fear or event. I chose Martin Luther queer junior because to me, he showed and defined the true characteristics of a desperate person. He stepped up to the plate to represent the people in every form and fashion from 1955-1968 against acts of segregation and injustice. MLK younger took a stand against these acts of inequality because he believed every man was created as and should also be treated equally. He was mainly know for his leadership of the Civil Rights Movement which began in 1955 in Birmingham, Alabama. In this same year he was elected to become a member of the executive committee for the National Association for the rise of Colored People also known as the NAACP.
MLK Jr. traveled everywhere within the United States of America where injustice, discrimination and segregation took place to fight against those acts for the rights of the people. MLK Jr. lead the manager boycott in relation to the story of Rosa lay to cease segregated acts on every bus so that every passenger could sit wherever they pleased whether it was in the front or back of the bus. The boycott lasted for 10 tenacious time from 1955-1965 in which Dr. Martin Luther top executive Jr.
was successful in relieving the African American people of their rights to sit in the back of the bus. In 1965 MLK Jr. won the Noble Peace Prize at the age of 35 and after receiving notice of this he turned over the prize money of $54,123 to the furtherance of the civil rights movement.
On April 3, 1968 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. gave his last speech before his death facial expression the following Well, I dont know what will happen now.
