Nael Gharzeddine is the first author of the Middle East to publish a science fiction novel. His novel, The Prophecies of Karma, is the first glimpse, for western countries, into the Middle easterly prospect for the future. His novel shows the hope and worries of the people of the of the Middle East. It alike signifies a new feel for the entire region, a step into a modern cosmea, and if Gharzeddine gets his way, the Middle East will cash advance from the battleground of the world, to the center of technology and progress. He envisions a changed world, with some of the same problems. Everything in Gharzeddines world has been hyperbolized with time. He sees a world that has progressed in technology, but with ideologies, that have yet to move forward, and have, in m either cases devolved. His main character is introduced to the reader as a child, and the reader learns ab kayoed this future world through the look of a man looking back on his childhood. As the first Middle Eastern man to publish a science fiction novel, Nael Gharzeddine does his region justice. Even though Gharzeddines piece of writing style and language are much like any western novelist, his themes and messages have been deeply influenced by the country, and region, that he calls home.
Nael Gharzeddine lives in Lebanon, and has resided there for many years.



He has been schooled there and, lived there for some of his life. He is a self proclaimed entrepreneur, philanthropist and writer. He has lived much of his life in the capital of Lebanon, Beirut, where he acquire his bachelors in computer science, at the American University of Science and Technology.
